The “10-step program” project is a structured support process designed to help individuals move from their starting point to their destination in a conscious, gradual, and sustainable way.

It is not a quick fix or a rigid protocol.

 

It is a clear, safe, and adaptable framework that allows you to take care of yourself in depth, at your own pace.

The present state: where you are today

Any wellness journey begins with a real starting point.

 

The present state is your current reality: your energy level, your relationship with your body, your emotions, your habits, and your pace of life.

 

This may include:
 

  • fatigue, stress, mental overload 
  • loss of clarity or motivation
  • feeling like you're operating on autopilot 
  • an imbalance between what you give and what you receive 
  • a need for change without knowing where to start 

 

The 10-step program does not seek to correct or judge this state. It begins by accepting it, understanding it, and giving it meaning. 

The desired state: where you want to go

The desired state represents what you want to feel, experience, and embody in the medium term.

It is not an abstract ideal, but a state that is more appropriate for you.

 

This could be:

 

  • more inner calm
  • a healthier relationship with yourself 
  • better awareness of your needs 
  • more consistency between your decisions and your well-being  a feeling of regained control and autonomy 

 

The program helps clarify this desired state and create a realistic path  to get closer to it, step by step.

A clear, stable, and reassuring structure

The 10-step program is based on a consistent structure that alternates between: 

 

  1. Hypnotherapy sessions , to work on automatic behaviors and unconscious patterns 
  2. Personal work time , to integrate, observe, and apply changes in daily life 

 

The first session is a reconnection with your inner self.

 

A moment to slow down, settle down, and answer an essential question: Who am I, here and now?

 

The last session is a consolidation session, where everything that has been understood, experienced, and integrated is stabilized in order to support the continuity of change over time.
